The Challenge

Dawn Sheaffer inherited a client experience team that had seen five leaders in 30 months. The team lacked clarity, standards and development – some were resistant to change, others emotionally reactive. As the face of the organisation to customers, the stakes were high. Dawn had the vision but needed the framework and confidence to lead the transformation.

 

Our Solution

Through 1-to-1 executive coaching with Gazing CEO Martin Fairn, Dawn learned to apply Red2Blue’s mindset framework to her leadership style. She mastered the CIA model (Clarity-Intensity-Accuracy), learned to recognise Red vs. Blue mindsets and developed tools to prepare for difficult conversations and communicate with different personalities.
